Alaska Airlines and Southwest Airlines Change Gates at San José Mineta International Airport
San José, Calif. – Travelers flying through San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) Terminal B starting this week may notice that their airline is in a different location than they're used to.
- On April 26, Southwest Airlines began operating out of Gates 20 and 21.
- On April 30, Alaska Airlines began operating out of Gates 31 and 32.
- On May 1, Alaska Airlines will begin operating out of Gates 33 and 34.
- On May 3, Southwest Airlines will begin operating out of Gates 18 and 19.
All Alaska and Southwest flights depart from Terminal B. Travelers are advised to keep an eye on their flight info through the airline’s app or website and departure boards found throughout the terminal.
